water riot in the backward river festival June 8!

Hey Folks!

I’m very excited about an upcoming gig to showcase WATER RIOT: a cyber punk rock opera! We’re coming to the Backward River Festival:

Backward River Festival: Damen Silo City

Saturday, June 8, 2 to 6 p.m.

Canalport Riverwalk Park, 2900 South Ashland Avenue Chicago, IL 60608

I’ve got a great ensemble coming together for this gig. Me and Mike Przygoda will be working with Ausberto Acevedo, Steve Corley, Gabriel Mudd, Jasmine Robertson, and Genevieve VenJohnson 

We are scheduled to go up around 5. 

The festival is presented by the Freshwater Lab out of the University of Illinois, Chicago.

It is part of an effort to reimagine alternatives for the Damen Grain Silo site and our relationship to the Chicago River, bringing together artists, environmental justice advocates and the general community.

Its Free and open to the public.  See you there!
